Organisation & Parental Involvement

The community of parents and teachers co-operates to manage the school in its entirety. There is no head teacher, but all educational decisions are made through consensus by the College of teachers. The School Council, which is an appointed body of parents (with College and Admin representation) is the governing body of the school, and is assisted in the management of the school by the Mandate Groups. All parents play their part in the life of the school; everything from serving on Mandate Groups, fundraising and finance to cleaning, maintenance, repair and construction work.
